The Young Ambassadors Programme helps young people discover their potential, develop leadership abilities, and gain the skills needed to succeed in school, community life, and future careers.

1. CEO in the Making

Leadership in Action

Young people step into real-world leadership environments and develop practical skills through:

  • Podcast and media training
  • Debate and public speaking
  • Boardroom simulations
  • Research and presentation skills

This pillar introduces participants to how leaders think, communicate, and make decisions.

2. CEO POLY

Learning Through Play

A creative and engaging approach where young people learn important life skills through interactive activities:

  • Decision-making
  • Managing money and resources
  • Teamwork and collaboration

CEO POLY builds confidence while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and responsibility.

3. CEO CONNECT

Strategic Thinking 

This pillar focuses on developing strong thinking and leadership abilities, including:

  • Problem-solving
  • Critical thinking
  • Emotional intelligence

Participants learn how to think ahead, analyse situations, and make thoughtful decisions.

Personal Growth 

Every young person benefits from guidance and support. CEO ROOM focuses on:

Here, participants are encouraged to grow personally while learning from mentors, coaches, and role models.
